Message	to get data out of the ECU in a standard way. I.E. any OBD2-compliant diagnostic tool will be able to get the info out of any OBD2-compliant car via the diagnostics connector. So I presume you just sucked the ROM out and peeked/poked to learn where the things are? Must be quite time consuming ;)
